We believe our Elders should lead by example. As committed Christians they love serving Hope Church in various ministries.

Bart Erlebach

Bart is married to Bev, they live in Berrylands, and have three children.
Bart is our full time pastor, and has worked locally as a pastor for over 10 years. Bev volunteers in the Sunday creche, and is often welcoming people each Sunday.

Ben Rolfe

Ben and Rachel live in Tolworth with their three children, where Ben works as a freelance web developer.
They often serve in church—Ben leading services and both of them leading the Hope Kids ministry.

Robin Walpole

Robin and Joanne live in New Malden and have two grown-up children.
Robin recently retired from The Good Book Company, and together they lead our local prayer ministry as well as serving on other ministry teams.

Stephen Kinnaird

Stephen is married to Susanne, they live nearby in Chessington with their two children. He works as a nurse in the local area.
Stephen often leads Sunday services and organises our door-to-door ministry; Susanne leads the Media team and serves in Hope Kids.
