Pastor in Training
Hope Church Tolworth are looking to appoint a Pastor in Training to support the nationwide need for well-trained gospel workers and to strengthen ministry at Hope Church Tolworth.
Hope Church Tolworth launched in November 2024 with members from Cornerstone Church Kingston and Emmanuel Tolworth. Since then, the church has established regular Sunday services and a range of midweek ministries, alongside numerous outreach and training initiatives throughout the year. Attendance has grown steadily from an average of 77 to 85, and the church currently employs a full-time pastor and part-time administrator. The elders have been encouraged by clear spiritual growth and new professions of faith and are eager to build on this foundation.
Appointing a pastor in training will strengthen the team-based ministry, free the Lead Pastor to focus on key priorities for a growing new church, and support the church's continued growth and gospel outreach.
We are seeking servant-hearted, prayerful candidates who have a humble dependence on God, a calling for pastoral ministry and a passion to serve in a diverse context.

Deputy Safeguarding Coordinator
We are seeking a part-time, Deputy Safeguarding Coordinator for The Co-Mission Churches Trust to:
• Work with the Safeguarding Coordinator in providing advice and support to church teams on safeguarding matters
• Help evolve safeguarding across our churches as legislation or good practice develops
• Stand in for the Safeguarding Coordinator in times of absence or if required due to volume of work
This is a role which requires wisdom and discernment, a realistic view of church life, a high degree of integrity and confidentiality and excellent interpersonal skills.
